Just in case anyone is considering moving to Seattle.

Greater Seattle excels in livability with a mild climate, affordable housing, a full range of arts, cultural and sporting events, an abundance of shops and restaurants, and easy access to outdoor recreational activities throughout the year.

Seattle's mild winters and cool summers enable year-round outdoor activities. High temperatures in July average about 75 F (24 C), while low temperatures in winter drop below freezing an average of only 15 days per year.

If you temporarily tire of the vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and scenic vistas of your own affordable luxury home, you can head outside. Unfortunately, there are only about 2000+ geocaches around Seattle, so once you find all of them using the more than sixty-five major mountain biking trails and hundreds of miles of offroad driving access ensured by the Pacific Northwest 4wd Association, you can do things like racing north during the annual Alcan Rally, departing from Seattle.

Once you've done all the driving you can bear, Seattle is a major international hub of Northwest Airlines, with directs flights to Asia, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco.

And, of course, Seattle is composed of 50.2% women!

Just in case you missed that.... THERE ARE MORE WOMEN THAN MEN IN SEATTLE
